Last week, our Creative Coding students put their skills on full display!
They showcased their creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork by designing and building their own cardboard carnival games. From planning and coding to construction and gameplay, they truly brought their ideas to life in the best way!
Thank you to everyone who stopped by during lunch to play the games and support these talented students!

FBLA recently had the opportunity to hear from guest speaker Kathy Carver, who shared valuable tips on presentation skills with our members.
She encouraged students to “be you” and focus on authenticity when presenting. One of the key strategies she taught was the 3x3+1 rule: practice your presentation three days before, three times a day, and then once more on the day of your presentation.
We appreciate Kathy taking the time to work with our students and help them build confidence in their speaking skills!

Mrs. Frank’s class had a pretty special moment recently as they released their butterflies 🦋
After watching them grow and change, students were able to see the full life cycle come to life right in their classroom. There’s something pretty amazing about seeing all that hard work and patience pay off as the butterflies take their first flight.
It was such a fun, hands-on learning experience and a great reminder of how cool science can be.

We understood the assignment last week 😎
Staff and students showed up in full Adam Sandler style, and it did not disappoint. From oversized t-shirts and basketball shorts to hoodies and comfy fits, the halls were full of laid-back vibes and lots of laughs.
It was such a fun way to bring some energy into the week and see everyone get creative (and extra comfortable).
Thanks to everyone who participated and made it such a fun day to remember!

This week is Bus Driver & Assistant Appreciation Week!
This week, we’re celebrating our amazing bus drivers and bus assistants!
They are often the first and last faces our students see each day, and they work hard to make sure every student gets to and from school safely. Through all kinds of weather, they show patience, kindness, and dedication.
Our drivers and assistants do more than provide transportation. They build relationships, create a positive start and end to the day, and truly care about our students.
Please join us in thanking them for all they do. We appreciate you!

Congratulations goes to our very own Charly. She recently received a Superintendent award for the positive impact she has on our community.
Charly is truly one of the kindest people you could ever meet. She is thoughtful and sincerely brings joy to everyone she is around. Charly can often be found sharing trinkets, bracelets, and other tokens of appreciation with the adults in the building. The simple gestures are a reflection of her big heart.
Charly is a part of our Hope Squad where she spends her time sharing her ideas about activities that can include all students. She's always willing to pitch in and help regardless of what is asked. In the classroom, Charly is always prepared, supportive of the success of her peers, helpful to her teachers, and attentive to her own academics. All of Charly’s teachers agree that she is genuine and sincerely makes a difference in every classroom. Thank you, Charly, for the positivity you bring to our community. We are so grateful for you.

Our peer tutors do such an amazing job supporting students in class, but it doesn’t stop there.
They’re the ones saying hi in the halls, checking in at lunch, and making sure every student feels like they belong.
And sometimes… it even comes with a secret handshake
Shoutout to Owen and Jacob for keeping things fun while building an awesome sense of community!
